Why Federal Elections need Federal Control!

The money hungry ‘wanna be’s’ that run for office, and the ‘Victors’ that are elected have one Constitutional duty; to make the laws that operate the Republic. They are not empowered to see how much of the pork they can get out of the barrel, and they are ethically prohibited from taking bribes. They have a 100% failure rate on both issues. The fact that a Congress persons activities effect all of the U.S.A. and every person in it, demands that the rules and regulations they are elected by are uniform, and enforced, across the nation. I could care less about the election process for the Sheriff, or the Dog catcher, or the Governor, and those in between, but the people that make the laws and spend the public money should only be able to get there through an absolute honest election.
